Ensure you have a copy of your ticket and your driver's license ready as you will need them during registration. Once you have successfully registered and made the payment, you will receive detailed instructions on how to submit your documents. We will also send you an email containing these instructions.
Please allow approximately 10-15 minutes for us to review your submitted documents. Once we have reviewed and approved your account, we will notify you either by email or text message. Once your account is approved, you can log back into your account at any time to begin the course.
We offer the flexibility to take the course at your own pace. Feel free to start and pause the course as needed. We understand that life can be busy, so you have the freedom to complete the course at a time that works best for you.

In accordance with Arizona regulations, you have the opportunity to attend an Arizona Defensive Driving School, also known as traffic school, once every 12 months. This timeframe ensures that you have the chance to refresh and enhance your driving skills on a regular basis, promoting safer driving habits and awareness on the road.

To grant you access to your Arizona traffic school course, we kindly request that you provide us with a copy of your driver's license and a copy of your citation. These documents are essential for account verification purposes. Upon receiving your documents, we strive to review and approve accounts promptly. Typically, approvals are processed within minutes. However, please allow up to 2 hours during regular business hours and up to 24 hours during off-hours for your account to be approved. To expedite the approval process, we recommend providing clear and legible copies of your documents. This will ensure a faster and smoother verification process, allowing you to access your traffic school course without delay.

If you require additional time to complete the course, you have the option to contact the court mentioned on your ticket and request an extension. Once you receive an approved extension from the court, please inform us of the new court or due date. This will allow us to update your account accordingly, ensuring that you have ample time to complete the course within the revised timeframe. If your court date is approaching within the next seven days, it is important to reach out to the court and request an extension. Arizona law mandates that you complete your course at least seven days before the scheduled court date. To ensure compliance, it is necessary to obtain an extension from the court. For a first-time extension request, many courts generally allow an additional extension of 30 to 45 days. Once you have obtained the approved extension from the court, you can proceed to register for the course with the new court/due date. Alternatively, if you have already registered and need to update your account with the new court date, please inform us, and we will make the necessary adjustments. If you have previously been granted an extension and find that you require more time to complete the course, it is essential to contact the court once again. Please note that additional extensions beyond the first one may be possible, but most courts typically require extraordinary circumstances. Examples of such circumstances include illness or financial hardship. Ultimately, the court holds the discretion to grant further extensions based on the circumstances presented.
