What the Course Does for Your Ticket
This course is certified by the Arizona Supreme Court, and when an eligible driver finishes it, the court dismisses the ticket.
The Motor Vehicle Division, or MVD, does not put a dismissed violation on your driving record, so no points are added for it. Insurers use that record, but each one sets its own rates.
Arizona law says that when an eligible driver completes defensive driving school, the court shall dismiss the citation, and MVD shall not include the violation on the driver's record.

How do I sign-up for Arizona Defensive Driving school?
