1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Safety Sense Solutions services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Course Enrollment and Access
2.1 Eligibility
To enroll in our courses, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older, or have parental consent if under 18
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Have a valid driver's license or permit
- Meet any state-specific requirements for the course you're taking
2.2 Course Access
Course access is granted upon successful registration and payment. You will receive login credentials to access your course materials through our learning management system.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Course Fees
- Arizona Defensive Driving Course: $18.99
- New York 5-Hour Pre-Licensing Course: $43.95
- All prices are in USD and subject to change
3.2 Payment Processing
Payment must be completed before course access is granted. We accept major credit cards and process payments through secure third-party processors. All sales are final unless otherwise specified.
3.3 Refund Policy
Refunds may be available under specific circumstances and are subject to our refund policy. Contact customer service for refund requests within 30 days of purchase.
4. Course Completion Requirements
4.1 Student Responsibilities
Students must:
- Complete all required course modules and assessments
- Achieve minimum passing scores on quizzes and final exam
- Verify their identity when required
- Complete courses within the allowed timeframe
- Provide accurate information throughout the course
4.2 Academic Integrity
Students must complete all coursework independently. Cheating, plagiarism, or using unauthorized assistance will result in course failure and may prevent completion certificate issuance.
5. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Share login credentials with others
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise our systems
- Use the service for any illegal purposes
- Upload malicious software or content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Misrepresent their identity or provide false information
6. Certificates and Reporting
6.1 Certificate Issuance
Completion certificates are issued only upon successful completion of all course requirements. We reserve the right to verify student identity and course completion before issuing certificates.
6.2 Court and DMV Reporting
We will report course completion to appropriate state agencies, courts, and DMVs as required. Students are responsible for ensuring their completion is properly reported for their specific case.
7. Technical Requirements
Students are responsible for:
- Having reliable internet access
- Using compatible devices and browsers
- Maintaining current software and security updates
- Troubleshooting basic technical issues
8. Limitation of Liability
Safety Sense Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Service Availability
While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with or without notice.
10. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, and website content are the property of Safety Sense Solutions and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
11. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
